Returns & refunds policy

Damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or is incorrect, contact us at marko@vng.bio within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and, where applicable, photo documentation. Eligible orders will be replaced or refunded.

Sealed-material policy

Because these are laboratory research materials, opened or unsealed materials cannot be accepted for return for safety and integrity reasons. Returns are limited to damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments as described above.

Documentation

Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis. If you have a question about the documentation or specification of a material you received, contact support and we will provide the relevant lot records.
